Mission
Join a team where your expertise makes a difference!

As part of a multidisciplinary team.
Internal Medicine encompasses the departments of geriatrics, hematology-oncology, pulmonology, endocrinology, and nephrology. Gastroenterology is affiliated with the Internal Medicine department but operates separately.
Work takes place at Libramont Hospital in the inpatient units

Day-to-day management of one or part of a ward for a specific discipline
Examination and medical history of new patients, including creating the electronic medical record and prescribing treatment in consultation with your supervisor.
Ongoing monitoring of the patient’s progress, including necessary adjustments to treatment, under the daily supervision of the specialist in charge of the department (with the option to consult the specialist as needed)
Drafting the patient’s discharge summary, as well as any necessary prescriptions and certificates, with the summary reviewed by the supervisor.
