Location: Renovated 400 m² building, well-lit, accessible to people with disabilities.
Availability:
Private consultation room.
Access to common areas (waiting room, restrooms, lounge area).
Access to shared services (reception/secretarial support, maintenance, IT, online booking).
Availability: starting in early 2026 (following renovation and compliance upgrades).
💶 Lease terms
Monthly rent: between €14 and €18/m² (common area fees included: cleaning, heating, electricity, internet, maintenance).
Flexible contract: commercial lease or space-sharing agreement tailored to complementary healthcare professions.
Optional shared services: telephone answering, appointment scheduling, communications.
