Infectious disease specialist

Responsibilities:

You provide specialized advice in infectious diseases for hospitalized patients, primarily at the Braine-l’Alleud–Waterloo site
You actively participate in the Antibiotic Therapy Management Group
You will contribute to the development of treatment recommendations, the drafting of feedback for prescribing physicians, and the production of scientific articles
You will organize and lead scientific meetings
You will conduct consultations in general infectious diseases, travel medicine, and HIV care
You will participate in on-call duty

Hold a specific professional certification in clinical infectious diseases or a recognized degree in medicine, surgery, and obstetrics, with certification in internal medicine and training in infectious diseases.
A desire to actively contribute to a personalized medicine approach within a major private hospital network in Belgium.
Ability to collaborate with various healthcare professionals: microbiologists, nurses, public health physicians, pharmacists, etc.
Flexibility and availability to work at different locations

Self-employed status (minimum 5/10)
Flexibility in managing your own schedule
High degree of independence in your work
