General Internist (m/f) - Arlon/Libramont

Introduction:
Vivalia is seeking General Internal Medicine Physicians for its locations in Libramont, Bastogne, and Arlon to manage the internal medicine ward. This role is crucial for ensuring the continuity of high-quality care and the effective management of the unit.



Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care for patients hospitalized on the ward.

- Supervise and coordinate the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.

- Actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings to develop and monitor care plans.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality and safety of care.

- Ensure effective communication with families and various medical professionals.

- Participate in on-call and standby duties according to the department’s schedule.

Desired Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine with a specialty in Internal Medicine or equivalent.

- Significant experience in the care of internal medicine patients is a plus.

- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

- Proven communication skills.

- Commitment to the continuous improvement of the quality of care.
