Intensive Care Physician - Intensive Care/Resuscitation

🔍 Position
As a part-time independent contractor, you will join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing optimal care for critically ill patients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Medical management of patients in intensive care and resuscitation units.
• Participation in continuity of care (on-call shifts organized according to a schedule).
• Working closely with nursing and paramedical teams and other medical disciplines at the facility.
• Contributing to the development of protocols, continuous quality improvement, and the department’s medical and scientific activities.

👤 Qualifications
• Physician specializing in intensive care medicine (Belgian certification or recognized equivalent).
• Registration with the Medical Board.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid clinical expertise and a strong sense of responsibility.
