Pediatrician - Department Chair

CHIREC is hiring for the Clinique Ste Anne St Remi location:

- a Department Head for Pediatrics

Main Responsibilities
As Department Head, you will have medical, organizational, and managerial responsibilities:

Provide medical care for pediatric patients, whether hospitalized and/or in outpatient care
Define and oversee the medical program for the Pediatrics Department
Supervise, lead, and coordinate the medical and allied health team
Ensure the quality, safety, and continuity of care

Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine, specialist in pediatrics
Proven experience in pediatrics; prior experience in coordination or management is a plus
Recognized leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills
Sense of responsibility, commitment, and strong interpersonal skills
