Verleg grenzen binnen één van onze intensieve afdelingen of spoedafdeling
We zijn op zoek naar verpleegkundigen om onze teams op de kritieke diensten en spoedgevallen te versterken.

Binnen deze cluster afdelingen zijn er momenteel vacatures op volgende afdelingen:

Intensieve zorg 5: patiënten na cardiovasculaire heelkunde, hart- en longtransplantaties en longchirurgie
Intensieve zorg 6: patiënten na abdominale heelkunde, levertransplantaties, slokdarmheelkunde of neurochirurgie
Intensieve zorg 7 (PICU): Op deze afdeling verblijven voornamelijk ernstig zieke kinderen van 0 tot 16 jaar, na een complexe operatie of voor een ingrijpende behandeling.
Intensieve zorg 8: Op deze afdeling verblijven voornamelijk patiënten met nood aan complexe wondzorg (zoals brandwonden), na een ernstig trauma of reconstructieve heelkunde. Zowel volwassenen als kinderen kunnen hier opgenomen worden.
Neonatale intensieve zorg (NIZ/NICU): Op deze afdeling worden baby's opgenomen die te vroeg geboren zijn, of omwille van een aandoening verdere intensieve opvolging en behandeling vragen.
Mobiele Equipe kritieke diensten: je wordt ingeschakeld over de verschillende kritieke afdelingen. Je hebt bij voorkeur reeds relevante werkervaring.
Het is zinvol jouw voorkeur(en) reeds duidelijk te maken. Op die manier kunnen we een gericht selectieproces opstarten en een passend aanbod doen.
Wanneer je geen duidelijke voorkeur(en) hebt of je niet meteen de vacature vindt die je aanspreekt, solliciteer dan spontaan als verpleegkundige. Vanuit onze kennis en expertise gaan we zorgvuldig mee op zoek naar de functie en afdeling die het best bij je past.

Tenzij expliciet vermeld bij de afdeling betreffen dit steeds voltijdse contracten van onbepaalde duur. Werk je liever deeltijds, dan is dit altijd bespreekbaar.
Je werkt in een variabel shiftensysteem van vroege, late en nachtshiften en met regelmaat ook in het weekend.

Together with your team, you are responsible for the comprehensive care of patients.
You are responsible for day-to-day operations and nursing care.
You serve as a key link within a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, care workers, logistics staff, and paramedics.
You mentor new employees and students, passing on your knowledge and expertise.
You are deeply committed to quality care and want to help further develop it.
You are committed to continuous learning and keep your own knowledge and expertise up to date. You actively participate in training and continuing education.
What do you need to qualify?
You hold a bachelor’s degree in nursing or will soon graduate.
A postgraduate degree in intensive care and emergency care is a plus and entitles you to the specialization supplement. Alternatively, you are willing to pursue this degree while working in one of the above departments.
A clean criminal record (Form 596-2) is required if this position involves contact with minors.
A patient-centered approach and a commitment to quality care.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
A sense of initiative and teamwork.
An honest, discreet, and eager-to-learn attitude.
