Nurses (m/f/x) – Current Job Opening: Fraiture Neurological and Functional Rehabilitation Center

• You are responsible for providing quality care to the patients entrusted to you.
• You ensure that your colleagues (physicians, paramedical staff, and nurses) have the relevant information needed to establish a diagnosis, provide medical treatment, and monitor the patient.
• You ensure continuity of care through the use of tools (nursing records, electronic medical records (EMR), etc.) and provide administrative and logistical support for the department’s activities.
• You actively participate in the hospital’s quality improvement initiatives.
• You are actively involved in the activities of your department and the institution.

• You hold a Belgian diploma—or one recognized as equivalent—at the Brevet, Graduat, or Baccalauréat level as a Head Nurse in General Care, as well as the required certification.
• You identify with the following skills: ability to collaborate, teamwork, organization, structuring, communication, assertiveness, emotional management, active listening, and adaptability.

• A full-time (38 hours/week) or part-time permanent position, with a start date as soon as possible, primarily at the CHU-CNRF site (Champ des Alouettes, 30, 4590 Fraiture-en-Condroz)
• Salary starting at: -
o Certified Nurse (IFIC scale 14B): €3,157.39 gross/month for full-time work
o Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (IFIC scale 14): €3,379.86 gross/month for full-time work
+ Monthly premium for irregular shifts (A-B-N shifts—including weekends and holidays) + pay adjustment based on professional experience (personalized information available upon request from the recruitment department). As an exception, the successful candidate may retain their university hospital (CHU) rank if, and only if, the position being filled is identical to their current position.
